[ Technical Account Manager(HQ) ]

Location: City of Industry, Los Angeles

Job Duties:

Primary window to strategic account(s) in the US, acting as liaison between customer and HQ teams; manages and expands strategic customer relationship and coordinate efficient communication with HQ teams

Collaborating with HQ sales team, engineers, and product managers for obtaining accurate information of application usage, system operations, and product management

Lead the activities for quality issues and work with the BU/Factory for FA report and resolve the quality issues

Lead the activities for delivery issues, including material shortage and work with BU/Factory to resolve the delivery issue

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in EE/ME or related field preferred

5 years working experience in automotive industry, ODM/OEM support is a plus

Good written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English. Ability to speak and read Mandarin is a plus

Strong communication and organizational skills: Ability to understand a customer’s need and probe for answers, and then determine a solution and advocate that solution to the customer

Participated in product development and project experience in vehicle field and managing TDM relationships with global companies is a plus
