This is a position for a true automotive professional. Management responsibilities for supervising staff of 40-50. Emphasis is on improving processes for greater efficiency on the service drive and achieving higher level of customer satisfaction. Requires track record of success with similar size operation on car lines such as Acura, Lexus, Porsche, Audi, Mercedes Benz, BMW, Cadillac, etc. Proven ability to relate to personnel at all levels from technicians to service advisors to manufacturer reps. Be prepared to provide documentation on past total dollar volume for parts and labor in all categories including customer pay, warranty, internal, etc. We're looking for measureable results improving service department performance.
