New and immediate opening due to over the top volume increases. Recruiting for experienced auto body production manager capable of wearing many hats. This is a busy shop with both retail and DRP business including Progressive, State Farm, USAA, Travelers and others. At times this person may be managing scheduling and completion times and at other times may be processing estimates and supplements following partial teardown for complete inspection. Long hours, busy days, high income plus benefits with well established company. Requires current experience with Mitchell eClaim Manager / Mitchell Reflections and ADP DMS software. Must be professional, well organized, detail oriented, highly computer literate with excellent communication skills. This employer expects a lot and rewards performance accordingly.
