Prefer GM, Chevrolet or Cadillac, Buick GMC training. Dealer is using CDK DMS program.
Excellent communication skills, problem solving abilities, computer proficiency needed. Requires understanding of what it takes to provide customers with estimates on all needed repairs & maintenance and at the same time keeping the customer happy.
