For the latest on our COVID-19 response, please click here.n nResponsibilitiesnn Handle busy technician back counter at a Fleet Service Centern Pulls and fills all orders from stockn Ordering all inventory and generating all maintenance related purchase order (PO) requestsn Process all maintenance related invoices for payment; all maintenance related copying, filing and record keepingn Manage all aspects of the parts department in an internal electronic RO and PO management system (Service Pro)n Maintain parts inventory within guidelinesn Manage all special order partsn Process all repair orders and parts invoices as necessary prior to submissionn Conduct physical parts inventory quarterly and/or perpetuallyn Communicate and negotiate the lowest possible parts prices while ensuring timely delivery of needed partsn Purchase approved parts as requiredn Maintain daily, weekly and monthly maintenance reports, logs, and manifests as pertaining to hazardous materialsn Track and manage WIP, and all credit invoice follow-upsn Follow proper procedures to comply with all health, safety and environmental standardsn Maintain the work area in a safe, clean condition and comply with all uniform and equipment standardsn Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal settingn Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctualityn Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assignednn nEqual Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veteransn nQualificationsnn Must be at least 18 years of age.n High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.n Minimum 1 year experience handling basic customer service and office administration functions.n n Experience in the automotive industry a plusn n A minimum of basic level experience and understanding of a PC and Microsoft Office Products required.n Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.n No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 3 years (i.e., DUI, DWI)n Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.n
